5. Billing & Subscriptions (via Stripe)
FixMyGPT uses Stripe to securely process payments and manage subscriptions. When you subscribe:
- You authorize us to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis (monthly, yearly, etc.) until canceled.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your account or by contacting support.
- All transactions are subject to Stripe's terms and privacy policy.
6. Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds unless you are unable to access or use the Service due to a technical issue on our end.

- We will review your case individually and respond within a reasonable time.
Refunds are not guaranteed and are issued at our sole discretion.
